Answer

Library staff will assist library users to find books on the shelves but do not offer a retrieval service.

Users with a disability who are registered with the Inclusion and Welfare Office and deemed eligible may be able to request books be retrieved in advance of their visit. Staff can not retrieve material 'on the spot.'
