What Library services are available to students with disabilities?

Entrances to the Library are wheelchair accessible. A lift is available in the centre of the building.

Wheelchair accessible bathrooms (unisex) are available on Level A and in the Library Commons on Level B.

Sit-down Library catalogue stations are located on floors B, C, and D.

The Assistive Technology Room provides access to software and equipment for students registered with Inclusion and Engagement. This room is located in the Library Commons and can be used after hours (swipe card access).

Students registered with Inclusion and Engagement are also be eligible for additional help with:

  • retrieving items from Library shelves (when possible)
  • photocopying
  • borrowing conditions
  • off campus library services
