The ILTC is located on the ground floor of Building 5. It is a library which offers resources, facilities and services to students of the University of Canberra English Language Institute (UCELI) and the University of Canberra College (UCC) as well as to international students from across the University. It is a great place for studying and meeting other students from around the world.
