'Full-text' means that the entire journal article is available.

PDF is the name of the file format. PDF (Portable Document Format) is a widely accepted format, easily downloaded, viewed and printed with Adobe Acrobat Reader (which is free to download).

So, 'full-text in PDF' means that the entire journal article is available in a PDF file format for you to download, and if you like, print.
