Yes, you certainly can make a single article from an issue of a journal available to your students via your Reading List in UCLearn. The permission for this is covered in the Copyright Act - 7.1.2 Electronic copying and communication http://www.canberra.edu.au/copyright/guide

Add the citation for the article to the reading list for your unit and upload the article. Library staff will manage the copyright records.

If you don't have the article, just add the citation to the reading list. Library staff will order or scan the article for your class.
