Q. After loading EndNote and opening Word, I do not see the EndNote tab or the EndNote commands under the Tools menu.

The toolbar has not loaded successfully when EndNote was loaded.  The procedure for fixing this problem will vary depending on the version of Windows, Word and EndNote you have on your computer.  You can simply uninstall EndNote and reinstall it.
