There have been some compatibility issues with EndNote X7 and Word 2016. These issues have been resolved with EndNote version X7.5. When you next login to EndNote on your laptop (Mac or Windows) you will be prompted to update your EndNote to X7.5. Follow the prompts to download and install. The Cite-While-You-Write (CWYW) function should now work.
