Adjust your preferences as below:
1. In EndNote, select Edit - Output Styles - Edit Harvard UC (or whatever style you are using)
2. Then select Footnotes - Templates
3. Under Format citations in footnotes, click on the dropdown arrow. The option you need is Same as citations.
4. In Word, click on Update Citations and Bibliography to make the changes.
