When you select a filter like 'available online,' it is temporarily added to the Active Filters section of the screen (top left). Hover over the filter and click on the padlock symbol that appears to make your choice 'sticky' for the rest of your session.
You can also do this on touch screens by tapping the option then the lock symbol when it appears.
