Check on the journal’s website.  This information usually appears under a heading such as ‘Journal Information” or ‘Guide for Authors’. 

Example from The American Journal of Occupational Therapy (look for the heading "References")

If you are using EndNote, the journal may have a specific style that can be downloaded into EndNote.  You may be able to find this style either on the journal’s webpage or check the EndNote Output Styles page for a list of 5000 available styles.
