Library and Study Skills Drop-In Service: The Library and Study Skills Drop-In Service is located on Level B of the Library. Here, you can ask any library and study skills related questions e.g. how to find and borrow a book, where to return loans, information on the Document Delivery and Interlibrary Loan Service, reserving materials, booking Group Study Rooms, referencing help, time management, assessment help etc. Operating hours of the Library and Study Skills Drop-In Service varies between teaching and non-teaching periods.

Drop-In Hours: 10.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday during semester. Outside semester, service hours may vary and will be updated on the Library's opening hours webpage.

Liaison Librarians: Liaison Librarians and the Liaison Team can provide a range of assistance, including individual research appointments for staff and postgraduates. Book a Research Consultation or contact the Liaison Team.

ASK Advisors: ASK Advisors are located on Level B of the Library. They can help with researching and writing, assignment assistance, general academic skills and life on campus. They can provide up to 20 minutes help per student. No appointment is necessary.

Online Ask Advisors - Virtual Room in UC Learn: Located in the Student Support Hub (left navigation menu), students log in using their u number and password. Hours vary between teaching and non-teaching periods. See the Library's opening hours webpage for the most up-to-date online hours.
