Q. How do I install an EndNote upgrade?

1. Backup your EndNote library.
2. Close all open programs.
3. Download the EndNote installer from the EndNote guide.
4. If you have a Windows computer, extract the folder. 
5. Run the installer. 

To access your old library

1. Open EndNote. It will show the Set up an EndNote Library screen. 
2. Select Open an existing library. 
3. Select your old library from within your files.
