Before replacing your password, check:

  • You are entering your login name correctly - for students: u + your ID no (u123456), for staff: s + your ID no (s654321).
  • Caps Lock is not turned on.

To get a new password:

  1. Visit the ITM Service Desk in Building 10
  2. Call the ITM Service Desk help line on (02) 6201-5500
  3. Email the ITM Service Desk
